Dear friends of freedom of education,

We have lost the second process in front of the higher administrative court, again. The court denied all  motions to take evidence, rejected our  appeal, denied revision and denied legal aid. This are the bad news.

The good news is: There was and is a very big media echo. Several national tv and radio stations, as well as  many national newspapers combined with all local media, documented the process well and told our story emphatically. We will wait for the reasons given for the judgment, and then decide about the next legal steps to take. Probably we will  appeal to the Constitutional Court and also to the European Court. The latter has already, in other cases, forced Germany to change its performance.
