1st Annual Conference and Funshops

This year’s conference, (also the first!),  will be held October 1st – October 3rd. The events will take place at Lancaster County Central Park and pavilions. Thursday evening, October 1st from 6:30 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. will be last minute registration time, a time meet each other

When filling out your registration form please check off the activities, and funshops your children and teens will be attending. Also check off which funshops and discussions you are planning on attending.

Once you pre-register and send your payment, you will receive a copy of the scheduled activites, directions, lodging recommendations, snack bar menu, and the wristbands for your family.

The conference fee is $40.00 per family. This is for the entire family. The fee includes; all funshops, discussion times, door prizes, vendor bags, use of a table to sell your handmade items, "free tables", continental breakfast each day, scheduled park nature programs, magic show, live band perfomance, altered book session (you just need to bring an old book!), faerie visit with magic pretzel wands, and use of all park facilities such as skate park, trails, etc.. The following is not included in the fee; snack bar items, anything we do off site, such as the glow bowling and the corn maze, henna tattoos (they will only be $2-4.00, this covers the cost of the materials needed, silent auction items, your accomodations, and any materials you are asked to bring to the funshops.
