Dear friends of Freedom in Education!

we just received news from our attorney: He made sure by a "letter of protection"  to the court responsible for custodies, that we cannot lose custody without being heard before. He was told, that we can now be sure to get a date for a hearing.
So our biggest concern to wake up one morning without the custody for our children, could be relieved.  This means, we can stay now and fight for our childrens’ right as long as the Bremen authority does not apply for withrawal of custody in our special case. And our children are free to stay at home tomorrow.

Our accounts are still blocked, but this seems a minor concern in view of this very relieving information.
